How much alcohol do I need?

Original Lime Margarita, per 5 gallon Mix:  2.75 liters of Tequila, 0.5 liter of Triple Sec (optional)

Strawberry Margarita, per 5 gallon Mix:  2.75 liters of Tequila, 0.5 liter of Triple Sec (optional)

Frose' (frozen Rose' wine), per 5 gallon Mix:  17 liters of Rose' Wine, 1-2 cups of lemon juice (optional)

How much power does the machine need?

Both machines use a 110V outlet and pull 15amps. The machines need to be the only thing on the circuit or else the machine might struggle to freeze the product.

Can I use the machine outside?

Only if the temperature is 75 and below and the machine is out of direct sun. Otherwise the product might take longer to freeze or might not freeze at all.

Can I set the machine on the counter?

No, the machines are extremely heavy and will scratch your counter tops. 

​

Do I need ICE for the machines?

No, you do not need a any ice for your machine. Keeping the alcohol cold helps with freeze times. 

​

Can I use an extension cord?

No, the machines might not freeze if you where to use a heavy duty cord. A light duty cord would just burn out our equipment. 

​

Can I keep the leftover product?

Yes, make sure you keep your liquor bottles to refill and/or good quality freezer bags work great as well.
